Parking Information
We can be found at 700c London Road, SS0 9HQ. We are on the corner of London Road and Chalkwell Avenue,
If you arrive early then please stay in your car until so you are not waiting outside, we will collect you from the door AT your booking time.

Parking
FREE Parking is available at the following locations around our shop:
Aldi- Parking is available for 90mins, approx 2 min walk, turn left out of Aldi and we are just at the traffic lights.
Chalkwell Avenue- Limited parking bays but no time limit
Chalkwell Park- No time limit, approx 5 mins walk, Turn left out of Chalkwell Park, walk up to the traffic lights and cross the road.
Imperial Avenue- No time limit, approx 5 mins walk. Turn right out of Imperial Avenue, walk up and we are on the corner.
London Road- Parking is limited to 1hr, there are bays opposite our shop and all along London Road, no time limit on Sundays.
Other surrounding residential roads- Westbourne Grove, Westminster Drive, Fairmead Ave
Booking Information
Our treatments and day spa packages have a guide time however we may allocate additional staff which means the treatments can be completed quicker, the price is based on the treatments being given not the time.
You can view your future bookings and see the balance left to pay by using your email address you used to book by clicking on the Customer Login Tab here and selecting the Send me a Code option:
Product Information
The products we use are based on children's sensitive skin,
however if there is a specific ingredient that your child is known to show a reaction to then you can view our product ingredient list to see whether they will have skin contact during their time at Lila's Spa.
All children require a consent form before every visit so we can be made aware of allergies, however this is not product specific, you must advise us of this on the consent form.
